Suicide Prevention Alliance relies on financial support from caring community members. To support our work and make a donation, consider the options listed below.
Make a contribution to Suicide Prevention Alliance’s Scholarship Fund and/or General Fund. 
Contributions can be made to one or both of these funds.

Become a Sustaining Donor

Make a recurring monthly donation and become a Sustaining Donor. Whether a monthly contribution amount is $5.00 or $50.00, all funds received provide critical resources to carry out our mission and increase our community’s ability to prevent suicide in Mesa County.
All donations received will be acknowledged and documentation identifying the amount and date will be provided to the donor.


There are many ways to become an engaged and active supporter of our suicide prevention efforts. Consider becoming a volunteer and/or support our work by making a meaningful contribution that provides the critical funds required to fulfill our mission, and prevent suicide in Mesa County.

Volunteer Opportunities

Suicide Prevention Alliance utilizes volunteer support in a number of ways. Those interested in engaging can consider participating in one or more of the following opportunities.
  • Training – become a volunteer trainer in ASIST, QPR, Ending the Silence, and Basic Suicide Prevention Awareness and Intervention training. Train-the-trainer scholarships available with commitment to support Suicide Prevention Alliance.
  • Events – support our special events. Join our Events Committee, or volunteer as needed.
  • Fundraising – host or support a fundraising event.
  • Outreach – become a Suicide Prevention Alliance Ambassador and participate in our outreach events.

Support Our Work

  • Make a contribution to our Scholarship Fund and/or General Fund
  • Sponsor an initiative (business partnerships) for 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • Become a sustaining donor by making a monthly contribution in any amount.
  • Host a training event at your place of business/work or in your community.
